SharePoint 2010 and Moss 2007 MySites presented organization chart within a users page. With SharePoint 2013 this is not turned on by default. Each user can browse to their MySites and then click on Sites from the top Right hand corner and choose to customize this page, under their name to “Personalize this page”
Then add a web part and it can be done as shown below
You would need Silverlight installed to get the “Groovy” version
Or you could settle for the HTML version as well

But we had a new requirement to get CRM Lists to be displayed as web part within SharePoint 2010. I knew there was a fix for CRM 4.0 list web parts to work within MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0.
